In-Person OCD Therapy in Campbell, CA | CBT & ERP
Reclaim Your Life from OCD with In-Person Support

Living with OCD can feel exhausting. Maybe your days are filled with intrusive thoughts, endless “what ifs,” and rituals that temporarily ease your anxiety but keep pulling you deeper into the cycle. You may have tried to reason your way out of these thoughts or hide them from others, only to find they get louder and more disruptive.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone and effective treatment is available. I provide in-person OCD therapy at my Campbell office, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold-standard, evidence-based treatments for OCD.
Why Choose In-Person OCD Therapy in Campbell?
Some people thrive in online therapy, but for many, having a dedicated, private space to work through OCD is especially valuable.

A Safe, Supportive Space to Confront OCD
When you step into my office, you enter a calm, nonjudgmental environment designed for focus and healing. For clients navigating intense anxiety or intrusive thoughts, this safe space can make it easier to fully engage in treatment.

Benefits of ERP Therapy in Person
In-person sessions allow us to work through exposures together, in real time. Whether it’s resisting compulsions during session, practicing “just right” challenges, or facing a triggering thought with support right next to you, being in the same room often provides stronger accountability and momentum.

Convenient Bay Area Location
My Campbell office is easily accessible to clients across the South Bay and Silicon Valley including San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, and nearby areas. Many of my clients are students, new parents, and professionals who live or work nearby and value having high-quality therapy close to home.

My Approach to OCD Treatment
OCD isn’t about being “a little perfectionistic” or “liking things neat.” It’s a serious mental health condition that creates intense distress. That’s why I use proven, structured approaches designed to break the OCD cycle.

Using ERP and CBT in Session
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) helps you gradually face the thoughts, images, and situations that trigger your anxiety, without giving in to compulsions. Over time, your brain learns that the feared outcome doesn’t happen, and the urge to perform rituals weakens.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you notice patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, shifting your relationship with intrusive worries. Inference-Based CBT(I-CBT) is a newer treatment for OCD Together, ERP and CBT give you practical tools to manage OCD long-term.

What In-Person ERP Looks Like
ERP might involve:
-
Sitting with a triggering thought without neutralizing it
-
Deliberately messing up something “just right” in the office
-
Resisting checking behaviors while we talk through the discomfort
In person, I can guide you step-by-step, helping you notice subtle moments when OCD tries to sneak in and giving real-time coaching on how to resist it.
